Palanpur: The world's first of its kind Gaumutra plant will start operating in Bhabhar in North Gujarat from November 17. The plant is located at Abala village of Bhabhar taluka. The local cattle-keepers will get Rs. 5 per liter revenue by selling Gaumutra (cow urine) at this plant.
