Pavagadh Hill visible from Anand during Navratri; devotees call it a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ sight

Anand: In an extraordinary phenomenon on Monday, Pavagadh Hill, located over 80 kilometers away, became clearly visible from Anand. The rare sight sparked curiosity across the city, drawing crowds eager to catch a glimpse.

A large number of people gathered on the Ganesh Overbridge to view the hill, creating a heavy crowd. The unexpected gathering led to a traffic jam on the overbridge. Upon receiving the information, police teams immediately reached the spot and restored traffic management.

The incident coincided with the eighth day of the Navratri festival, and many residents described the occurrence as miraculous. Anand citizens felt fortunate to witness Pavagadh Hill from their own neighborhoods, turning the day into a memorable event during the festive season.

One devotee called it a “once-in-a-lifetime event,” saying it was their good fortune to witness the darshan of Mataji from 80 kilometers away during Navratri. Another resident claimed that in his 64 years of life, he had never witnessed such an event. DeshGujarat
