PM Modi to visit Kutch on May 26

Bhuj: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to visit his home state of Gujarat on May 26 and 27, and is likely to visit Kutch on May 27. During this visit, he is expected to address a public gathering in Bhuj, which is likely to draw a massive crowd of over one lakh people. Preparations for the event have already begun.

A large dome structure is being set up on Mirzapar Road in Bhuj to accommodate the crowd. At the public meeting, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several development projects.

Prior to the rally, the Prime Minister is expected to visit the Naliya Airbase and interact with soldiers stationed there—who were involved in defending the nation amid cross-border tensions with Pakistan after the Indian armed forces carried out Operation Sindoor against terror infrastructure in the neighbouring country. He is also expected to seek blessings at the Mata Ashapura temple before heading to the public meeting venue.

The district administration has already begun preparations for the Prime Minister’s visit. A key review meeting was held on Saturday under the chairmanship of the District Development Officer (DDO). Clean-up and logistical arrangements at the rally ground are currently underway. DeshGujarat
