5 illegal Bangladeshis nabbed at Ahmedabad Railway Station

Ahmedabad: Amid the ongoing crackdown against illegal Bangladeshi immigrants, the Ahmedabad Railway Police on Wednesday detained five illegal Bangladeshi nationals at Kalupur Railway Station.
Sharing the information on social media platform X, Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi said, “Ahmedabad Railway Police detain 5 illegal Bangladeshi nationals at Ahmedabad Railway Station! Vigilance at its best! Just a day earlier, Vadodara Railway Police team detained 4 illegal Bangladeshi nationals travelling by Howrah Express from West Bengal! ID proofs are attached.”
It is noteworthy that around 6,500 suspected Bangladeshis have been detained across Gujarat since last week, with over 450 verified so far. The deportation process of the illegal Bangladeshi immigrants has begun. DeshGujarat
