RPO Ahmedabad to station Passport Seva Mobile Van in Sanand next week

Ahmedabad: As part of the Ministry of External Affairs’ initiative to provide earlier passport appointments and improve last-mile delivery of services, the Regional Passport Office (RPO), Ahmedabad, will make passport services available at Sanand through a Passport Seva Mobile Van.

The mobile van will be stationed at the Office of the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mahesul Bhavan, Behind Police Station, Sanand-Viramgam Highway, Sanand, from 15th October to 17th October 2025. Applicants can either book fresh appointments or reschedule their existing appointments to submit passport applications at the above location.

How to Book Appointments for Passport Seva Mobile Van:

  1. Visit the Passport India website https://www.passportindia.gov.in/ and submit the application under the NORMAL category, making the payment of the application fee online.

  2. Log in again to the website to verify the payment status. Once confirmed, go to the “Schedule Appointment” page, select “Mobile Van Sanand” as the location, and book the appointment.
