Two more stations to become operational on Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro Rail corridor

Ahmedabad: Two more stations of the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro Rail service will become operational this week. The Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Ltd. announced today that from September 28, 2025, the Juna Koba and Koba Gam metro stations will be opened to the public on the Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar corridor.
As per the schedule shared by GMRC, from Koba Gam, the first train towards Sachivalaya will depart at 08:32 hrs, towards APMC at 08:04 hrs, and towards GIFT City at 07:40 hrs. From Juna Koba, the first train towards Sachivalaya will leave at 08:28 hrs, towards APMC at 08:06 hrs, and towards GIFT City at 07:38 hrs.
Both these stations fall on the Yellow Line, which connects Motera station in Ahmedabad to the state capital Gandhinagar. They are located between Koba Circle station and GNLU station, from where the metro route towards GIFT City begins. DeshGujarat
