Thai VietJet Air to launch Ahmedabad – Bangkok direct flight service from Dec 2025

Ahmedabad: VietJet Thailand, the Thai subsidiary of VietJet, is set to launch a new direct service between Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport and Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport starting December 4, 2025.

Route and Schedule

  • Bangkok (BKK) → Ahmedabad (AMD):

  • Flight VZ750 will depart Bangkok at 19:40 and arrive in Ahmedabad at 22:55 local time, operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

  • Ahmedabad (AMD) → Bangkok (BKK):

  • Flight VZ751 will depart Ahmedabad at 23:55 and arrive in Bangkok at 05:35 the following day, also operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

The service will utilize the Airbus A320, providing a comfortable single-aisle experience for travelers. With four weekly flights, the new route will significantly enhance direct connectivity between western India and Thailand.

Notably, this launch marks VietJet’s first direct service between Ahmedabad and Thailand, expanding its India network while boosting business and tourism links.

The new connection is part of a broader expansion plan, which also includes direct flights from Kolkata to Bangkok, scheduled to begin on November 17, 2025.
