Surat: For the convenience of passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand during the festive season of Dussehra, Diwali and Chhath Puja, Western Railway will run a Special Train on Special fare between Udhna – Puri stations.

According to Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Vineet Abhishek, the details of this train is as under:

Train No. 08472/08471 Udhna-Puri Special (Weekly) [20 Trips]

Train No. 08472 Udhna Puri Special will depart from Udhna every Tuesday at 17:00 hrs and will reach Puri at 22:45 hrs, the next day. This train will run from 23rd September to 25th November, 2025. Similarly, Train No. 08471 Puri Udhna Special will depart from Puri every Monday at 06:30 hrs and will reach Udhna at 14.00 hrs, the next day. This train will run from 22nd September to 24th November, 2025.

Enroute, this train will halt at Chalthan, Vyara, Nandurbar, Amalner, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Malkapur, Shegaon, Akola, Badnera, Wardha, Nagpur, Gondia, Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda Road, Sambalpur City, Rairakhol, Angul, Talcher Road, Dhenkanal, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road stations in both directions.

This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.
