Vadodara: Two women were confronted in the Janod Nagar area on New VIP Road in the city for allegedly propagating religious conversion. The women were reportedly distributing Bibles in the area. Locals claimed that the women went door to door, telling residents they were “sad because they don’t believe in Yahweh (God) and don’t love Him.”
Following this, locals contacted RSS and other groups, who then confronted the women. After the confrontation, the women left the area.
A video of the incident has gone viral, in which a man is heard telling the women, “You follow your religion—we have no issue—but let others follow theirs.” When asked where they were from, the women said they were from Nadiad. The man further questioned them about allegedly trying to convert people, saying, “Why are you here from Nadiad? Who has given you license to convert people?”
According to locals, among the two women who came from the car, one was a foreign national. DeshGujarat
