Traffic Restrictions for IPL Final Match at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad

Ahead of the much-anticipated IPL 2025 final match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Motera, Ahmedabad city police have announced traffic diversions and restrictions to manage the expected surge in visitors.
With thousands of spectators — ranging from fans to VIPs and celebrities — expected to arrive at the stadium within a short timeframe, specific roads will be closed and diversions will be implemented.
Traffic Restrictions:
The route from Janpath T-junction to the main gate of Motera Stadium via Krupa Residency T-junction and Motera Village T-junction will be closed to vehicular movement.
Alternate Routes:
The road from Janpath T-junction to Motera Stadium main gate via Krupa Residency T-junction up to Motera Village T-junction will be closed for vehicular movement.
Movement will be allowed from Krupa Residency T-junction via Sharan Status Crossroads to Bhat-Koteshwar Road towards Apollo Circle.
It is also noteworthy that, violation of this notification will invite penal action under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and Section 131 of the Gujarat Police Act.
