One arrested for entering Tiger cage area at Kankariya Zoo in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: One person who climbed a neem trea in attempt to enter the cage of White Tiger in Kankaria zoo today afternoon was nabbed by zoo staffers and handed over to police. The accused person is booked after a formal complaint filed by GISFS security jawan on behalf of Zoo administration.
As per the complaint, a Gun Man of GISFS security agency Sandip Pandya was on duty in zoo and passing near the cage of white tiger. He noticed that a person had jumped the openmot area boundary and was trying to enter the cage of the tiger by climbing a neem tree. As the visitors shouted against this act, Pandya and his aides Salim Abbasi and Mahendrasinh Jadeja rushed there and took the tigress to other room. The person on the neem tree was forced to come down. When asked, he identified himself as Arnukumar Brijmohan Paswan(26) who is originally from other State but presently living in Rakhial area of city. Superitendent Dr. Sharva Shah informed the police controll room and handed over Paswan to Police.
Paswan is booked under Wildlife Protection Act sections 38J and 125 of Bharatiya Nyay Samhita and arrested. DeshGujarat
