How will revenue come to run Bhil Pradesh, even if created: Kuber Dindor

Narmada: Amid the demand for a separate Bhil Pradesh by Aam Aadmi Party MLA Chaitar Vasava, State Education Minister Kuber Dindor on Friday stated that while the creation of Bhil Pradesh can be done, the real question is how to run it and generate the revenue needed for it. Dindor was speaking at the annual function of Rajendra School in Rajpipla, where Bharuch Lok Sabha MP Mansukh Vasava and former MLA P. D. Vasava were among the attendees.

During his address, Education Minister Kuber Dindor criticized those promoting provincialism and casteism, urging young people not to be misled by such individuals. He stated that Chaitar Vasava is misleading people by demanding a separate Bhil region and proposing Kevadia as its capital. Dindor said, “We are not able to run our house, and yet demands are being made for Bhil Pradesh. The central and state governments are making all the arrangements… How will we run the government? Where will we get the revenue from? Out of 140 crore people in the nation, only 8 crore people pay taxes. Where are the industrialists in the tribal society? We can get Bhil Pradesh tomorrow, but we know two countries, Pakistan and Bangladesh, that were separated in the name of provincialism—look at their condition today.”

Meanwhile, former Jhagadia MLA and leader of the Bhartiya Tribal Party, Chhotubhai Vasava, took to Twitter and said, “What development has been done for the tribals in the last 75 years by the #BJP_Congress? In the past 75 years, non-tribals have been added to the ST list, only to eliminate tribals. The government couldn’t even punish those who were caught. BJP Minister Kuber Dindor’s statement on #BhilPradesh in Rajpipla proves that he doesn’t understand government administration, nor does he have any knowledge of it. He has no understanding of the constitutional rights of the tribal community. The BJP has made him a minister only in name; the real work is being managed by government officials. Whether today or tomorrow, #BhilPradesh will become a reality.” DeshGujarat
