Surat Police to Deport Six Thai Girls in High-Profile Sex Racket Case

Surat: Surat Police are preparing to deport six Thai women implicated in a high-profile sex racket case uncovered during a raid at Fusion Hotel in the Adajan area. The raid, conducted on the fourth floor of Mangaldeep Complex near LP Savani Circle, revealed an organized operation involving 11 accused, including the six Thai nationals.
Details of the Raid
The raid resulted in the recovery of several incriminating items, including:
•146 condoms
•15 mobile phones
•₹31,750 in cash
•A laptop
•A swipe machine
•A CCTV DVR system
The total value of the seized items was estimated at ₹4.93 lakh.
Legal Proceedings
A case was registered at the Adajan Police Station, and the accused were presented in court on Friday evening. However, the police did not seek remand for further interrogation. The court subsequently rejected the bail applications of all 11 accused, including the Thai nationals.
Investigation and Deportation Process
Police are investigating the purpose of the Thai nationals’ visit to India, examining the reasons stated in their visa applications compared to their actual activities in Surat.
